    Choreography by Paulo Ribeiro. Dancers: Leonor Keil, Wolfgang Maas, Barbara Fuchs, Christine Chu Shinae, Boris Nahálka, Suzana Queiroz, Luis Amarelo, Romulus Neagu. Music by Nuno Rebelo, featuring Johannes Kriegger on Trumpet. Premiered at Belém Cultural Center, Lisbon, in September 2000.





  • remiXamor (2000)

    Choreography by Mark Tomkins. Dancers: Karim Sebbar, Françoise Leick, Régine Westenhoeffer, Sandrine Galezot, Bernard Thiery, Eric Domenighetti, Jorg Muller, Antje Schurr. Music by Nuno Rebelo, featuring Philippe Aubry (saofones), Vincent Peter (electric guitar), Marie Braun (flute), Hélène Shwartz and Claire-Emanuelle Herbach (piano), Fabrice Kieffer (percussion) and Fréderic Guérin (drums). Premiered at Pôle Sud, Strasbourg, in June 2000.





  • Extension(1998)

    Improvisation show presented at "On the Edge" festival, in France. Dancers: Steve Paxton, Lisa Nelson, Mark Tomkpins, Vera Mantero, Julyen Hamilton and Carme Renalias (Strasbourg and Marseille shows) plus David Zambrano, Frans Poelstra and João Fiadeiro (Paris shows). Musicians: Nuno Rebelo (electric guitar) and Marco Franco (drums). Light designers: Alain de Cheveigné and Bruno Moinard.





  • Oceans and Utopias(1998)



    Nuno Rebelo did the music and soundtrack for Philippe Genty's show "Oceans and Utopias", (at Utopia Pavilion / Expo 98, the World Exhibition that happened in Lisbon from 22 May to 30 September 98).

    It was a huge multimedia show with performers, projections, special stage machinery and effects, advanced sound diffusion systems. It was presented 4 times a day for an estimated audience of 10.000 people on each performance. In the end, more than 3 million people have seen this show.

    All instruments by Nuno Rebelo.
    Vocals by Dulce Cabrita, Rui Sidónio, Hestia Confino, Sofia Silva and Rui Pimpão.

    The music features Carlos Bica on double bass, Gregg Moore on trombone and tuba, and Marco Franco on drums (all other instruments by Nuno Rebelo).

  • European Choreographic Forum V (Dartington, UK, 1996) where he worked with sound artist Matthew Adkins and choreographers Cindy Cummings, Paulo Henrique and Esther Barton. In this Forum he also presented his own piece, Lost Moments, with dance, video and live music. This Forum is a Shinkansen production.

  • Skite (Lisbon, 1994) About 120 performing artists from 25 countries gathered together in Lisbon to share and experiment together.

  • Labs II, IV, and VI (Lisbon, 1993,95,96). Informal presentations of works in progress, laboratorial performances, ocasional meetings. Anual production of João Fiadeiro / Re.Al.
